Group Sessions
Live classes with 8-12 learners. You get different perspectives on the same problem and see how others approach ranking challenges. Sessions run twice weekly with recorded backups if you miss one.
One-on-One Coaching
Direct work with an instructor who knows your specific site and challenges. We schedule around your availability and focus entirely on what you're struggling with. No generic advice.
Hybrid Approach
Most people use both. Learn core concepts in group sessions, then book individual time when you hit specific obstacles. You're not locked into one format for the entire course.
How the program actually works
Initial Assessment
We look at your current site and ranking position. This determines which modules you start with and whether group or individual sessions make more sense initially.
Core Modules
Four main topics: technical foundation, content strategy, link building, and local factors. Each takes 2-3 weeks depending on your pace. You can pause between modules if needed.
Application Phase
You implement changes on your actual site with ongoing support. This is where individual coaching becomes most valuable because every site hits different obstacles.
Measurement Period
We track ranking changes over 60-90 days. Group sessions during this phase focus on interpreting data and adjusting strategy based on what's actually moving.
